List the ceilings you operate under. Mark each one tested or inherited. Find out how much of your ceiling is rumor.
Write down the ceilings you believe about yourself — income range, how far you can go, what you're "not the type" for, what's too late to start. Don't edit. Just list. Aim for at least 5.
Tested = you personally ran a full-effort, recent, repeated attempt against it, and it held. Inherited = it came from somewhere else: a comment, a statistic, a failure by a decade-old version of you.
